WebsiteGen is an AI-powered website generation platform that creates, hosts, and manages websites for local businesses. The Service includes:

• AI-powered website creation from business information
• Website hosting and management
• AI content generation, translation, and image creation
• Telegram bot integration for onboarding and management
• Analytics dashboard

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create websites with illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate another person or business
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all business information, text, images, and logos you provide to the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI tools (text, images, translations) through the Service is provided for your use on your generated website. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing.

Our Service: WebsiteGen retains all rights to the platform, templates, code, and underlying technology.

6. Website Hosting

We host generated websites on our infrastructure. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to take down websites that violate these terms.

7. AI Services Disclaimer

Our Service uses AI (including OpenAI) for content generation, translation, and image creation. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it appears on your website.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebsiteGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials

The Service is currently provided free of charge during its beta period. Given the free nature of the Service, our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This is a beta service. While we strive for reliability, features and availability may change without notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your generated website will be taken offline
• You may request a copy of your business data before termination
• We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, unless required by law to retain it

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
